Go Pack Go

Despite the crazy Favre indecisiveness...we are very excited for the Packer season and our 4 tickets. For being in Brown County and paying taxes to the Packers, we can register to "win" 4 tickets to a random football game. Both Dan and I registered and I won 4 tickets to the Packers vs. Bears game-- (and yes we still had to pay for each ticket). However, how fun! Go Packers and Aaron Rogers! :)

Another Artist Moment

Corban LOVES yogurt or "gurt" as he calls it. He loves to eat it by pouring the yogurt into his hand from the spoon first, which I have tried to discourage. Anyways, I guess he was done eating and decided to get creative. Hey, it is pretty fun to paint with!

A Trip to Wildlife Sanctuary

On Daddy's Day Off (yes intentionally in caps because it is a special day) we went to the Green Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. This FREE attraction is awesome for families. We love going there for a nice morning or afternoon stroll and visit Wisconsin animals. In this trip, we bought corn to feed the ducks.

Coloring Corban

Corban loves to color EVERYTHING as you see here. I always have to stress: "We only color on paper!" I must have been tending to his younger brother or laundry during this little artist moment.

Fish Creek with the Brooks

Thanks Brook Family for our mini vacation with you at the Door County cottage!!! How fun and relaxing! We went strolling in Fish Creek for the morning, hung out at the cottage, played washers, went boating/swimming/tubing, and out for ice cream at night! Also, thanks Nancy for the yummy July Thanksgiving dinner! YUM! -Look at the 3 ladies in lime green--how crazy!

Lucky Corban

So Corban has been a lucky toddler. For the past three months, Corban falls to sleep in Mommy and Daddy's bed. Then when we go to sleep, we move Corban to his room. But with out fail, some time in the middle of the night he climbs back up into our bed and sleeps in between us. We've tried many things...so for now we are enjoying the snuggle time. Thankfully we have a king sized bed! Here is a naptime picture on Daddy's day off.

Caleb and his tongue

As these pictures show...Caleb does everything with his tongue sticking out. He is 8 months in these pictures.

Tball with Gramps and a new diaper

The boys and I went over to my parents in Eau Claire area to visit for a week while Dan was in St. Louis with some of the youth for a mission trip. During this trip, Corban learned how to play Tball and run the bases. Caleb is sporting a new homemade fitted diaper--Go Mizzou! While my parents entertained the kiddos, I was able to make some fitted diapers out of old t-shirts (one of my new projects). Since I had Mizzou diapers, my parents had to give me some Wisconsin shirts. So soon we will have our favorite teams covered. I guess a Packers diaper is due after that...

Best Pals

Corban and Caleb love playing with each other. Here are some June pictures of them. Some are at home and some at a park.

Grandma G's Retirement Party

We had so much fun boating, hanging, and celebrating at the Gunderson Family Lakehouse. Mom, you have given so much of your energy to teaching. You made an impact on so many students. We are so happy for you. Thanks for retiring this year Grandma so we can enjoy you more.
